GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
The present conditions of retraction, refund and cancellation apply to all tickets sold by the Théâtre Massalia, from its computerised ticketing system, whether printed or dematerialised. In accordance with articles L 121-20-4 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Tickets may not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. Nor may they be resold (law of 27 June 1919).

The Théâtre Massalia may be obliged to cancel one or more performances in any situation that would interfere with the smooth running of the show and/or the reception of the public (in particular technical failures, problems linked to the operation of the Friche Belle de Mai site, bad weather recognised by prefectural decree, etc.). We will refund the amount paid if the ticket is not sold as part of a Delegate Pass. In the event of cancellation of a performance by the Massalia Theatre, only the price stated on the ticket will be refunded, excluding ancillary costs.
Please check your ticket when it is issued: no claims for date or price errors will be accepted at a later date.

**CONDITIONS DE VENTE, RESERVATION, ANNULATION**

Les présentes conditions de rétractation, de remboursement et d’annulation sont applicables à tous les billets vendus par le Théâtre Massalia, issus de son système de billetterie informatisé, imprimés ou dématérialisés. Conformément aux articles L 121-20-4 et L.221-28 du Code de la Consommation, les billets de spectacles ne font pas l’objet d’un droit de rétractation. Les billets ne sont ni repris, ni échangés, ni remboursés. Ils ne peuvent pas non plus être revendus (loi du 27 juin 1919).

Le Théâtre Massalia pourrait se voir contraint d’annuler une ou plusieurs représentations dans toute situation qui nuirait au bon déroulement du spectacle et/ou à l’accueil du public (notamment défaillance technique, aléas liés au fonctionnement du site de la Friche Belle de Mai, intempéries reconnues par arrêté préfectoral…). Nous procèderons à un remboursement du montant versé. En cas d’annulation d’une représentation de spectacle par le théâtre Massalia, seul le prix mentionné sur le billet sera remboursé, hors frais annexes.
